 - GRDP growth rate: 8.5-9.5%.

 - GRDP per capita: 3,000 USD.  Social labor product iu tivity is estimated to increase by 12.8%.

 - Economic structure: Services account for 47-49%;  Industry and construction account for 33-35%;  Agriculture accounts for 10-11% and product taxes minus product subsidies 8%.

 - Attract 30-35 projects with a total registered capital of about 10,000-12,000 billion VND.

 - Maintain and improve PCI ranking in the Top 5 and belong to the "Good Group" of the country

 - Completing the budget revenue estimate in the area: 11,789 billion VND, an increase of 7.2% compared to the local estimate for 2023;  Strive to achieve budget revenue of 12,320 billion VND.  Estimated local budget expenditure is 15,984 billion VND, an increase of 10% compared to 2023;  Of which, regular expenditure is 8,645 billion VND, accounting for 54%, an increase of 11.8%.

 - Strive to welcome about 3.5 - 4 million visitors, of which domestic visitors account for about 65-70%;  Total revenue from tourism is about 8,000 - 9,000 billion VND.

 - Index of industrial production (IIP) increased by 6.0 - 7.0%.

 - Industrial production value (according to 2010 comparative prices) reached 46,600 billion VND, an increase of 6.6% compared to the implementation in 2023.

 - Export turnover strives to reach 1,300 million USD, an increase of 10-12% compared to 2023 performance;  Import strives to reach 680 million USD, an increase of 5%.

 - Agricultural growth rate reaches 3-4%.

 - Average rice yield reaches 60 tons/ha;  Food grain output is over 326 thousand tons;  Of which, rice is 318 thousand tons.

 - Aquaculture output reached over 63 thousand tons, of which exploitation output reached 42 thousand tons, aquaculture output reached 21 thousand tons.
