 Hue’s nighttime cuisine is very diverse with a lot of specialties peculiar to the Central region. If you are a night eater, don’t hesitate to pay a nocturnal visit to Hue’s best culinary corners. Some typical locations for nighttime foodies are Dong Ba Market, Truong Tien Bridge and the Communal House in the central province of Hue.
